Proformance enhancing cycle

Week 3
Sunday 250 test e and 500 bold with 20 win and drol
Monday through Wednesday took furlough to go skiing up north. Let days. Took drol and win
Thursday took drol and win. Am pt was rough. My energy just isn't there. My muscles can go but I just loose all motivation about 3 push-ups in and want a nap. Pm went for a long swim
Friday drol and win. Pt still is tough and getting more sluggish. No problem in tge gym picking things up and putting them down its these long body weight workouts that kill me. Pm we had hell drill cause some guys got in trouble at a bar last week. A friend gave me dmaa pre-workout. Holy hell the energy I got from that. Went and did strength training after cause I was so wired. Shits like crack. Didn't sleep much though.
Saturday took win and drol and rested
 
Week 4
Sunday did murph as its tge last Sunday of the month. Tge run is ok but these body weight movements are putting me in a sedated state. Never experienced this before
Did 250 test e and bold 500
Monday win and drol. Pt still a struggle. Strength training is great though. Numbers really started taking off today. Motivation!
Tuesday pt is death. Pm a swim and some pt drill work to try and push myself through this
Wednesday pt was submerged aquatic training. Fun and easy
Pm strength training. Wow I'm getting strong
Thursday pt is still tough. I need to do something about this. Start eating more healthy fats?
Pm went for a 13 Mile run
Friday am pt was not terrible but I really didn't like it still. Pm lifting is fantastic though. Bench 1 rep max is up 15kg
Saturday rest
 
Week 5 win and drol are done. Just test e and bold 500 weekly now
Monday morning we got pulled out at about 3am to do full gear course sprints. This feels so much easier than the pt. We had an easier pt today but I still feel like I'm nodding off in tge middle of my burpees. Pm lifting was great. I feel like tge hulk. My shoulders are getting bigger. Have to be careful it doesn't get too noticeable
Tuesday we had pt off. Pm I swam
Wednesday we shipped out for desert drill. Tge dry hot weather is shitty.
Still here Thursday
Still here friday. Return pm. Exhausted from tge desert and didn't lift pm
Saturday off and that catches me up to current date. Daily post updates from here out

Somethings got me feeling like shit as far as energy but the joints feel fine if that's what you mean. Was a little surprised. Makes me want to run it or tbol for weeks 12 through 16 at tge end to see if I can squeeze a little more out of this cycle. I haven't maxed out my oly lifts since I started cycle but they feel so strong and smooth
 
I meant more just your overall sense of well-being. I always hear about how sdrol makes guys just feel shitty in general.
 
I guess. Lack of motivation a little. But not that depressed feeling you hear about. I actually feel pretty good to be honest
 
Sunday week 6. 250 mg test e and 500 bold.
Went out last night. Super bloated today and I have a sneaking suspicion it has to do with some tequila drink called heaven. Way too many liquid carbs. Diet will have to be spot on this week.

Week 6 Monday
Pt this am consisted of 30# sand bag throw to 10ft target, 200# big bag deadlifts and burpees. About 30 minutes of this hell then 1 up 2 up and 3 up wall climbs.
Wall climbs are easy. Even fun. The workout part of pt started strong for me. By tge end my lungs were on fire and I had that metallic blood like taste in my throat. To be expected on an intense workout I suppose.
Question to anyone following. Would upping my eq to 750 help with this?

increasing your eq dose should also increase your rbc count resulting in better stamina, but that would likely take a few weeks to notice.
 
Monday pm. Terrible migraine after work. Opted to do strength work tomorrow instead.
Lungs felt like there was mucas in them all day. Need to get my lungs strobger
 
Week 6 Tuesday
Pt this am was short sprints and partner carries after 1000 3 count smirf Jacks. They never bother trying to even make it interesting.
Lifting later to make up for yesterday. Have this strange urge to channel my inner bro and do some curls while I'm there. I feel fucking great today
 
Thinking about adding gw to help with endurance. Iv heard sarms are shit don't bother and iv heard they are gods gift to to gym rats who don't want to add a pin. Any feedback from anyone on this? Never used them before
 
All i know about them is that they don't work as well as steroids and they cost a lot more money. Never put any appreciable amount of research into them myself.

10 minute emom 3 reps snatch at 95#
10 minute emom 1 rep snatch +5# each round starting at 95#
Did open wod 16.2. Pretty exhausting
10 reps with rest as needed between reps of 155# snatch

The open wod was tiring but felt good. Feeling strong.

Pt was lots of pull ups and sit ups. Boaring as fuck.
Lifting consisted of bench and deadlifts
Thursday pt was running so I didn't run tonight. Went and lifted like a bro with curls. Shit I haven't done this in a while. I like the pumped feeling. May incorporate some of this a bit.

Just ordered female hormone panel. There is a lab cors down the Rd. Will post results. Never had labs done before
 
Week 6 Saturday
Decided to go to the gym and just do some chest stuff for shits and giggles.
Some people at the pool hall said I'm looking piticularly big in the chest and shoulders today.
I don't feel a pump but people are noticing it I suppose.
Going to up eq to 750
 
Week 7Monday
Last night pinned 750 eq and 250 test e

Pt was heavy sand bag throws to 15 foot target and a shit tun of push-ups. My energy through the day is better. I have noticed it improving fir tge past week. I'm assuming this is a result of the sdrol leaving my body.

Think I will retest my 1rep max tonight for dead bench and squat. Not expecting anything too amazing but it will be interesting to see.
 
Week 7
Monday pm
I checked 1 rep max on dead, squat, and bench
Bench is up 15 kg from start. Fucking sweet!
Dead is up 4kg. Not as Spectacular but still not too bad.
Squat I actually didn't hit my 1 rep but not a bad day all in all
