Progress report!

Okay so keep in mind I am mostly bodybuilding I max outed every workout and reped out after for the last 6 months and have seen great results in my lifts and size but now I'm going to change my routine and only go for 5 or 6 and max out once in a while.

Here are my lifts

Deadlifts 495
Squat 400
Bench 308
And rack pulls 635



From just below the knee

I also can do 400 for 30 reps on rack pulls. I believe a big portion of My deadlift progress is from rack pulls but I only do them for bodybuilding purposes.
 
up your reps if you are bodybuilding . no need to max out in my opinion ever unless you plan on doing a powerlifting show
