As mentioned by @accidentaljedi173, no one selects which person or which product is sent in. It's completely random.

- We send out a server message to everyone
- For those interested, they send me or another admin if they'd like to either donate funds or send in product AND donate funds; you MUST have more than one product you're willing to donate in order to do so
- After a period of time to give everyone a chance to respond, we randomize who is selected
- We then randomize what products that members has to select which product we send in for testing
- Finally, we randomize which tests are performed on the selected compound
- The person selected is then sent the funds from all members donating
- That person then pays Jano and sends everything in for testing per his instructions

Hopefully this clears up the process for you.
