Proline winny, one is clumpy one isn't

I have a clumpy/cloudy winny and a regular one. Any idea what is wrong with the clumpy one? Is there any way to make it normal again?

Try nuking it for 20 seconds,look at it and if needed do it again.I had a bad bottle of test a while back and for some reason it did clear but went back to the old cloudy,gooky substance so i tossed it.But if it's bad after boiling it give him a shout,he replaced mine.He is stand up in many peoples book.

Same deal for me..water-based has clumps and particals in it. Try heating in hot water?? Sent PL an e-mail to find out if there's a solution, waiting on reply. I'll forward any info when I receive it.
