Proper hgh dosing

Im seeing a lot of different responses from people taking 2-4ius of hgh solo and people going for 6+ius of hgh solo. I thought after 4iu, increasing wont be worth it unless stacking with other drugs. Can I get everyones opinion or is this “10+ ius of hgh alone” just some tik tok trend

well you need androgen load,
for muscle building i would say 6iu´s daily as bolus at night works fine..
everyone reacts also different, some get carpal tunnel at 3iu´s

also i talked much to olympia pro´s and most guys went away from 10-12iu bolus at night and split it old school 6-8iu´s 3 times a day with some lantus in the morning

- people who used 2-4iu´s wasted money and time if they look back.

2-4 ius works well for fat loss, you do not see much jump in muscle building until 10-15 IUS *however* you still should work your way up over time because of side effects.

2-4 ius are good for fat loss and lifestyle improvements. But running it solo for muscle gain is a waste of time, over the long haul. Ppl are better off just running Test solo than GH, even at a TRT level, they would get more out of their money.

GH just divides the cells (hyperplasia), it really isn't great for hypertrophy. Taking 10+ just by itself, they might as well get on a GLP-1 and/or an SGLT2 inhibitor.

Hgh increases IGF-1 which is EXTREMELY important for hypertrophy.

I cant run test due to sports. Thats why I am currently staying on only GH. If I am trying to maximize growth though, how much IUs should I do? I am currently on 4 but dont feel a thing. Should I go to 6 or 8?

Sounds about right. Ive been building up to avoid side affects and feel nothing at 4ius. Gonna pin 6 tomorrow and I will return to this thread if its not enough.

Mate, You will get so disappointed if you are searching for an edge in performance/muscle building just with GH..... - Sorry if I burst a bubble of hope....

It is tool for me, but for very different reasons....

It's subjective. For some, 2-4 units raise IGF1 levels dramatically, while for others, nothing happens (this doesn't mean GH is fake. Since I've been here on MESO, I've never seen fake GH, at most, slightly underdosed or lacking in purity). For example, with 6 units, my IGF1 spikes dramatically.

But be careful, even if IGF1 doesn't rise, GH will work great for fat loss. If you're looking for IGF1 and GH doesn't work, you can try other strategies, combining it with Humalog or Lantus, or both.
 
Resident GH expert @Ghoul recommends dosing your GH such that you keep your IGF-1 z-score at 3 or less to avoid acromegaly risk. I've also heard to keep it at <1.5x the top of end of your IGF-1 reference range.

From a performance perspective, the biggest benefits of running HGH as a standalone are going to be improved recovery and deeper sleep. And it will take awhile for this to really materialize.
