Protein And Deer Meat..

I WAS WONDERING HOW MUCH PROTEIN IS IN AN 8oz PIECE OF DEER MEAT. IS IT THE SAME FOR REGULAR BEEF???

Yep, the protein content is the same. The fat content is less than most cuts of beef though.

Its real close to white meat turkey as far as protien and fat. Like everyone said above protien is same as beef. I have a freezer full of elk right now...nothing better............11
