They all use caffeine anhydrous and I'd always check the mg per dose. If it was too crazy, put it back. Energy? Check. Feel like you're gonna have a heart attack after a set of squats? Check that too. It's scared me more than a few times because I'd put my hand over my heart and could feel how hard it was pushing blood.
Yeah man, I just started checking total caffeine mgs today. Some were as high as 345. I went with "white flood" seems like it had minimal shitty feeling last time I used it, and the total caffiene was 150. 75 of the anhydrous, and 75 of something called "dicaffeine malate".
