Protein vs. Calories

I'm on a 10 week Tren E and Test E cycle also taking clenbuterol. I do cardio every day.

I am just over 200lbs with 10% body fat.

Do I still need to be taking 4000 to 5000 calories a day or can I just slam the 100 calorie whey protein drinks all day?
 
Depends on you....I try and take in 300-350grams of protein a day but take in only 3000 calories a day....I am already big but still put on 12 lbs pretty lean muscle last cycle. I would reccomend however eating 3 real meals a day.
 
What is your goal? I'd asume to cut due to the inclusion of the clen. Is that correct?

I don't think you'll be happy with the results of your proposed liquid diet, but you can try it.
 
You need to always keep protein intake high and adjust carb levels depending on your goals. If you are trying to go super low carb, then plain chicken, egg whites, and protein shakes will be all your meals (mainly)
