Why? What would happen??
Well most that have done so report severe coughing and discomfort. Death is a possibility. The shot is wasted for the aas will be subject to a liver first pass. There are veins in the glutes so asperating is necessary.

I'm not arguing semantics, but technicality of the law.

Is it legal for a CA resident to mail order syringes/needles from out of state without a prescription? Or not?

Ok, I realize I kinda danced around your question. :p

It is legal anywhere to buy needles provided you have a prescription for them. That is how I've been able to get them filled locally despite my insurance company saying that they will only pay for them if I use my ins company's (Aetna) preferred (mail order) pharmacy.

I have prescriptions for every type of needle I have. However, I just choose not to fill them through my insurance company's preferred pharmacy. I don't get the "benefit" of the insurance company paying for them, but my copay is higher than the cost of the needles!

You raise a good point about being extra careful. IMO, having a prescription for anything that you are trying to buy is a good way of being careful. Perhaps even that can be considered a grey area, but I'm comfortable with it.

Of course. It's clearly illegal to drive 56mph when the speed limit is 55mph. That is the technical interpretation of the law. But practically-speaking, the chances of being cited for doing this are practically nonexistent. But nonetheless, it is always good to know the speed limit.

I just really want everyone on MESO-Rx to be fully aware of the legal issues involving androgens and related paraphernalia. I think this has the most relevance for the non-medical use of AAS by athletes and bodybuilders. But as we've seen with the legal problems surrounding online longevity and trt clinics, it is wise for patients seeking TRT to be savvy on relevant laws.

Having said that, I'm going to close my post with some controversial statements from MESO-Rx's own philosopher/ethicist, Sidney Gendin:

A FRIENDLY DEMURRER TO THE ADVICE OF RICK COLLINS RE: STOCKING UP ON PROHORMONES PRIOR TO ENACTMENT OF ANABOLIC STEROID CONTROL ACT OF 2004.

It is always wise to heed the advice of Rick Collins on matters concerning the law and this small objection to one sentence should not be regarded as an exception to the rule.

Rick says that no ethical lawyer would ever advise anyone to possess a controlled substance. The fact is, however, that ethics has nothing to do with this advice. It would be illegal for a lawyer to advise his client to break the law, and that is the nub of the matter, but the intersecting points between ethics and law are complex and don't overlap with perfect synchronization.

If one had time and the inclination, one could think of hundreds of examples where it would be morally right for a lawyer to advise a client or any person, for that matter, to break the law. Some of these examples are farfetched and some are not.

As luck would have it, I am not a lawyer but merely a retired philosopher of law who runs no risk of having his license removed, and I am comfortable giving this advice: If you have very good reason to think you won't be caught or, if caught, prosecuted, then you have no reason to refrain from buying these products to your heart's content.

Test cyp and enth are oil based if enough of the oil is injected into a vein it could clot up and depending on where the clot formed it could cause death or a loss of a limb and ECT:

Question guys. I did the 200mg front load yesterday and today my nipples are a little sore. Should I be worried?

There shoulkdn't be that much conversion to E in this short of time. So I would think you should not worry right now.
