Oh I see. A guy leaves for a minute and gets kicked around. We are too far north for hillbillyville buddy and the farm animals dont put out here so try again. As for women, they are abundant both in numbers and size :(

Strenght sometimes isn't the problem when it comes to pullups but rather your bodies ability to clear the lactic acid from the muscle,such as with pushups. Try partial reps with heavy weight,and push each set until it burns alot. Also,static holds until it burns. I wouldn't worry about doing the parital reps slow,but do the full range reps very slow so you take away all momentum,this will put the weight on your muscle. I guess that is pretty abvious,though.
