HELP. My syringe is loaded for my subq shot. I inject the needle. As I'm ready to inject I pull the whole thing out by mistake. Can I still use this needle to inject myself? The needle and syringe are attached to each other so I can't change the needle or anything. So can I still inject with the same needle or is the needle and the whole loaded syringe gone to waste?

If I ever having to repin myself I wipe the needle w/ a alcohol swab . Everything gets the swab treatment !

@Oregongearhead Do u wipe the needle before injecting, I've started doing that especially on my tren shots.
I only use B-D syringes , which I trust . I never wipe the needle unless I have to re-pin or do a multiple pin . I usually buy the syringes (from Walmart) in the case so I just pin a new one everytime (safest way) they arent that spendy .
For my TRT shots I use 1ml 25g x1" insulin pins . For more than a ml I use 3ml 25g x1" . I only draw w/ 18g x1" pins.

I use bd also from Wally World lol, but wiping the tren off the needle after pushing the air out seems to help deter the cough for me also feels better going in Also
Wiping the syringe with an alcohol swab will unsterilize (or desterilize, not sure either is a real word) your needle. If you didn't touch the needle to anything else than you should be fine. I wouldn't wipe the needle with anything. Just re pin.

I use the same pin on multiple sites in the same sitting. I only swab the skin. Im afraid if I swab the actual pin I could get a fiber stuck on it and would inject it. Ive also wondered about pushing a hair through an inject site.
