Pulley Cable Question

So my power rack a
Has lower and upper non movable cables with pulleys.
does anybody know about the pulling load and the weight load that would be acceptable for the values below?

so my pulley is steel and it has pulling load of 1653 lbs.
would this be ok for 200 lb of weight plus me pulling at it?

my new wire cable has a breaking load of 4200 lbs. Is this ok for 200 lbs of weight plus me pulling?

@Silentlemon1011 i believe you answered some questions another guy. Where the weight held on a power rack vs. the “vibration weight” or “shock weight” or something like that. Maybe you know this too?

i'm no engineer, but this is my take:

200# load + 200# force to move said load = 400# combined.

If the weak point is your pulley at over 1600# rating, thats at least a 4x safety margin.

I believe you would be fine with the 200# stack but again, im no authority on the subject.

Sorry about the late response.
Got locked out of my account, Millard was kind enough to sort me out.

Yeah, shock load is typically 5x the "Static" weight.
When a weight or load free falls, it exerts 5x its solid/static weight against whatever it hits.

Hence the rating for machines etc being in the thousands... despite no human being able to lift that higher weight
 
I guess technically it wouldnt be a full shockload unless you are able to "catch air" with the full 200 lbs.

Shock ratings would be considered a worst case scenario.

That being said, my math is probably off.

I'm using Crane operations rules and calcs... and I'm switching them to gym equipment, without changing any of the base qualities.

So there is most likely a large difference in the end result of safety ratings,
especially for cables vs free weight/barbell
