Howdy all

Age..53
Bloke
Gym lifting heavy until failure, 4 times per week for last few years

Gains slow, some months I actually go down in weights, back up the next, rarely ever a yearly PB. OLD AGE ? testosterone low ?

Years ago did the odd small cycle of AAS, and prohormone/designer steroid
Never wanting to be massive, more to just break a plateau, experiment, reignite motivation

Now.... Looking to actually see improvements again. Nothing major, just occasionally add an extra teeny plate
Maybe make the 6 pack into an 8
Start bpc/TB to keep me lifting
Maybe something to improve sleep too(maintenance insomnia)

So, physique improvement,
Strength increase ....slowly and steadily
Injury, repair, recover faster
Sleep improvement, especially the deep restorative part
