Want to Gain Weight and Strength?

this isn’t ideal but everyday I make a nuclear protein shake with 300-500g peanut butter, 4 cups whole milk, and 2 scoops whey protein, it ends up being around 3000+ calories for the shake. Unfortunately not many carbs in it though
I used to make one with 2 cups of milk, a banana, 4tbs olive oil, a cup of ice cream, 4tbs peanut butter, (and oats saw you don't like) and came out to around 1500-1800 cals. Was pretty good.
 
Shit do you eat it with a spoon? Great way to get it all in but damn I hate peanut butter at the best of times never mind that much! Any alternatives that could be swapped in?
Not really a peanut butter alternative but that PB2 stuff is pretty legit. Makes mixing it into things way easier. Might be a little thinner than the cold molasses OP is making lol. I’ve actually taken a dinner my wife made and blended it once. Chicken, potatoes, milk, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper…blended it up and then microwaved it. It was like drinking a thick soup. Actually wasn’t that bad. I was so fucking tired of chicken I needed a way to get it down. Wife was in prep for her bikini comp so all we fucking had was plain ass chicken everyday.

Did this same thing except didn’t put ice cream in it. I would put a banana and occasionally strawberries or mixed berries and two scoops of protein powder. Mine came out to around 1000-1200 calories I believe. I’d slam the shake and a bagel with cream cheese usually every morning.4F95F555-3CE3-4C4A-9687-03043518360F.jpeg

My wife blends chicken breast into her protein shakes. I don't know how she drinks it.
 
I’m 255 (I’m 6’5) hoping to end this cycle well above 260. I just have really been hating food.
Time to up my game up I guess.

One big mother. But i guess you know that. So hard for over 6 ft to look symetrical. But at that weight i bet you got it down to a point. Think that is the height and weight of lou ferringo way back. Good job nothing wrong with that physique.
 
Great post thanks make me want to try preparing more meals in an attempt to gain weight. Always been skinny, got small bones you see.
