Ok So I have not done a log in a long time, So here we go. Im alittle behind about a week so I have a lot to write so bear with me. There will be no conquest of women other than my wife :(
But I will bring you blood and guts and Glory! pics of my weight progress and video clips. So here is my cycle log. these all from spetz product. I am doing this log as it will force me to have every thing on que work outs food and diet on q. i might add more to this cycle as I progress. any suggetions welcome

Tren A wk 1-12 100mg/eod
Test E wk 1-10 375mg/week front load first week with 750mg.
Test P wk 11-12 150mg/eod
Test P wk 13 100mg/eod
Anavar wk 3-13 50mg ED
PCT start end of week 14 Nolva 10 mg and Clomid 50mg
Arimidex wk 1-13 .5mg EOD

So week one last sat I front loaded 750mg of test E. took a while for me to adjust pinning again
So my adrelin was pumped up after I did the shot. about and hour later I banged my wife Not sure if it was the adrelin but had a good wood so I hit it from behind sorry no picks LOl

I took an extra shot of test p 100mg as i wanted to speed up the process.
there was a little pip the next day. but nothing to cry about lol
did delts
cable delt raises, 3 set, 10,20,30, burn out 10
dumbell delts raises fron and side 3 sets 25,30,20
Seated Barbell Military Press 4 sets 140,230,100 burn out
dumbell press 3 set, 40,45,30 burn out.

starting to fell a little more endurance and aggression!
this day i do chest and a full body with my trainer so i do lot of diffrent things i will try to keep track the next time everything is to failure.

So I have been talking to my little brother on Facebook. Have not seen since I was 13. We were separated when we are young he loves to hit the weights. So we are going to hit the gym sat im very excited.

On another note so my wife comes in while im taking a shower gives a little peek a boo. We play little teasing games. Here and there. Well I tell you what I usually have to touch my self or my wife gives a Bj. To get it going. Well just the sight of the peek-a-boo gave me that feeling you know when your young and your penis takes a life of its own. Yeah buddy. Felt like I was in my 20's again. I jumped out the shower and bent her over and nailed it.

So this morning instant wood the kind that almost hurt. rolled over to the wife liitle 4 play doggie style and froggie style ; ) thats two time so far this week feeling pretty good atm.

Play around day with my little brother hitting maxes which i rarely get to do.
450 squats!!! 3 times,
leg press 830!!!!!
preacher curl 100!!! 10 times
bench press never really did it that much needs work but 185 3 times : ( a goal i need to work on,
got home ate. guess what chicken broccli, buckwheat.

started playing around with the wife again hit it again. but kinda took a long time to cum. when my wife starts waving the hand i know she's done. lol but i was not so had to go in to jack rabbit mode so i could hurry up and go but i dont think my wife minded the extra time.
