Anyone ever use and/or heard of them? They supposedly tested out to be overdosed at ~11ish iu when it states only 10, and this guy on YouTube Seth spartan swears by them (I know I know, NEVER trust anyone who openly spoon feeds you a source-especially YouTube; but this guy DOES seem to know his stuff so I was just curious to see what you guys thought?
