Pureessence research are scammers

I made a purchase of them on the 10/01/16, for $158.00, for two GW-50 bottles, and they have double charged my credit card, I have contacted them numerous times only to receive one email back, which was very rude to say the least, I sent them photo evidence of the double transaction, and they are still denying it, PLEASE DO NOT GO NEAR PUREESSENCE RESEARCH THEY WILL SCAM YOU!! I doubt that I will even recieve my original order, my bank is now investigating them for fraud.
