Putting cycle on hold...

I've desided to put my cycle on hold,because i don't think i need AAS right now. I actually desided this while lying in bed this morning. I'm just getting back into training after a long break,and i think after i gain back the muscle i lost,i can put on some more without the use of aas. It doesn't really make sense for me to use,since i only really want another 20lbs from where i am right now. I basically want to cut fat down to single digits or closest i can. I can see you now while looking at my post. "O that's just great Manwhore" :rolleyes: Next post :D
 
well good for you on your choice. not too many people would do that. if had all my goodies ready to go, i'd start shooting away :). besides...after a long break, your better off going natural.

I totally agree that taking the time off and getting back into it slowly is a grand idea. Then after the muscle memory kicks in, fire up the cycle and get to growing. I did the same thing and shed quite a bit of BF and stii shedding. Then after summer, the games shall begin again.....

I know it's hard though since I have a cycle or twi sitting around as well and the temtation to fire it up is CRAZY......

bigrob ... the temptation thing does suck bro! its just like coming off and a week goes by and your itching to just go ahead and start again!
 
If you saw my training area,you'd die laughing. I posted a pic of it awhile back but i had to change a few things. I will only be using the farmer walk bars for shrugs,and i put 2 end tables in there for my squats and deads. :) My wife was laughing at me yesterday,telling me i'm gonna bust my ass,but i really like it. I just need a hip belt and a few more 25lb plates and i'm set. I cut out all sugar. I was never really one for sugar and i basically always ate for health(not bbing)but i've been into icecream and garbage the last few months. Well,i stopped that and i'm eating steamed veggies,chicken,and turkey(my favorate). I'm not working this week so i'm doing good with diet,but next week i have to pack some stuff for work. What does everyone think of turkey cold cuts? I usually stayed away from cold cuts but i think turkey is the best protein source for me and i would hate to have to cook a whole turkey every week. I'll eat a can of fish once a month,i only drink a little skim so i can have cheerios,and i don't eat eggs much because there's just not enough protein for the time it takes to cook them. I'm not taking any Protein drinks either,because i want to get most of my calories from whole foods. I just had a turkey sandwich with Franks hot sauce and man was it good. That Tuna V-8 sounds good. I'm going to try it the next time i eat Tuna.
 
Wow, your diet confuses the hell outta me stud...... I would say to boil a shit load of eggs and eat just the whites etc... The turkey is okay but the cheaper packages have a lot of salt and sugar in them. Spend the extra cash, it's worth it in the long run. As far as the veggies and chicken, one can never go wrong with that. HOWEVER, if you are trying to get the muscle to come back, I would add in a shake or 2 per day as well as upping the protein intake. I personally am really weird with my carb intake so to each his own. I would definately have some over the course of the day for energy etc... I would watch it though because I would want to put on as little fat as possible until I went back "on" and let the AAS kick in a bit. Then, all bets are off in the calorie/protein/carb department as you know...... If you are in the gym, makeshift or not, it should not take too long to get back most of what you lost depending on how long you took off etc..... Either way, get to it so the temtation does not get to ya just yet......
 
Esco... a week????? Thats a long time...... I have done several cycles that lasted like 6 months with only 2 weeks or so off...... I know it's not recommended and I do not suggest for anyone to try it. Sometimes it's kinda rough.... I think they have a name for that disease...... Body dismorphia or something similar.
 
Anyone want to hold my gear,because i think about it every morning. I don't trust myself,i think i might have to lock it up and give my wife the key :)
 
Yeah,i know what you mean about cheap cold cuts having salt. I keep salt low and i was wondering if the Masters Choice i bought had too much. I,also,buy the eggs with extra omega 3 in them when i eat them. I forgot about hardboiled. I will do that. thanks
