Just wanted to say Tracy reached out with a good solution to my package problem. He was able to positively identify what was their product and what isn’t, and is taking care of me. I’ll for sure do and recommend all video your pack openings because this is an easily unbelievable issue to occur. I placed a promo order from this week sent funds still have gotten a response after sending multiple emails after i sent the payment.. my raws pack came in and products are labeled incorrectly.. still haven’t gotten a response on identifying the products.
