Placed my first order with QSC . Order has 3 items . Get my package there’s only only 1 item in it . Need to start my cycles and I NEED those powders . Reached multiple times asking what’s going on . Keep getting a bullshit answer about updates . Finally today I’m like “where’s my shit?” And I get this answer from these pieces a shit .

I didn’t realise they were on holiday but I placed an order on the 30th, I messaged him today to see if payment had been recived, he got back to me that it hasn’t, I think my bank charged more fees than expected so I’ve transferred the wrong amount, I asked him if this was the case and he said they’re back at work tommrow, they can sort it out then …. My mistake, I shouldn’t have messaged when they’re on holiday, but there was no hostility between us, no anger, no losing my temper like you did, I don’t get it man how did this spiral into something so big, it sounds like you’re the problem ?
