Did you not bother asking questions as to how the total price arrived at was $645? I mean, if you had used the price sheet to place your order, you'd have seen the cheapest possible price would have been $615 if everything was fulfilled internationally (450+60+60+45) Now call me old-fashioned, but if I expect a certain price and that's not what gets quoted back to me, I'm going to ask questions. Turns out that the $645 comes from shipping the ret from US warehouse (470+10) plus the international price for powders in such small quantities (60+60+45).
