QSC response time for order emails

Have been trying to email order from QSC for the last 10 days, have made 3 or 4
attempts and sent all the info. but get no response. Is this normal for them? Have used lots of other sources over the years but dont recall this happening with such an active source.

Try their WhatsApp. To answer your question no, it’s never taken more than 24 hours for me to get a response
