IIRC, there was a time when QSC underfilled the 5mg and rebranded them as 4mg. I know the new list is updated. But that’s what my memory serves.

Oh I know on this one. But there was a time
Back in my day, we got 4 mg and we were glad to get it! Uphill both ways, in the snow.
But seriously, I was happy AF with those 4mg.
