Quad Injury

Tore quad last apr. playing flag-football while on cycle of tren. Still hasn't fully recovered. Any sugg. to what excersis or training i should do. Currently on test prop.
 
Your quad has hurt since last april and you haven't seen the doc yet? Personally I have no clue what it could be, but I would def go see your doc. Good Luck!
 
Unless you tore it from the bone, I agree you should have it looked at. after 4months it should be better.
If you lift with it start out extremely light with everything.
After my knee surgery I started our squatting just the bar and did it twice a week, Increasing the weight week to week. After a year I'm up to 385 for 12 reps, my goal is 405 for 12. I will be there soon, about 6 more weeks.
 
mwell-- could you give us more details? Any brusing? did you hear an audible pop/snap? What movements makes your "quad" hurt? What kind of pain?
 
Doc who operated said it was a very serious injury. I heard the pop, brusing also occured. Doc said if i was playing pro ball career would be over. I agree should have specialist look it over. Maybe still some scar tissue. Still some puffyness! Can heard some noise when i bend it.
