I understand this thread is quite old but I stumbled upon it after hearing from a customer that one of our concealment methods was listed publicly online. I would like to address couple of things I have seen in the thread.
Firstly I would like to stress that I am not here to plug the business, it is for an individual to determine who they wish to order from and to be frank we have more than enough custom as it is.
The person who posted about someone receiving a pair of curling irons instead of their product, as others have correctly pointed out this is a concealment method. They were in fact not ripped off at all and we certainly would not be the most popular steroid powder vendor online after all these years behaving like this. We have always taken great pride in the shipping methods, unfortunately, sometimes not only do they fool customs but also the customers themselves hence reports like this. I should stress though that we actually tell the customer quite clearly what the shipping method is for their order in their tracking email and also to contact us if they cannot locate their products. This somehow does not stop these reports, what can we do?
To the post above I presume the order was ultimately received successfully or there would be a follow up complaint, needless to say we need only refer to the above paragraph in rebuttal of criticism towards our packing methods.
Anyway, my apologies for digging up an old thread like this, the team are very honest and work far too hard not to offer some clarity when the situation arises.
