When you're training right and on a cycle, that's what your body needs. A meal every 2-2.5 hours, 1.5-2 grams of protein/lb of bodyweight, plenty of complex carbs and some fat, especially good fat.
As far as gaining a lot of fat... No that shouldn't happen. As far as gaining a little fat... yes, that will happen. However, as Arnold said, you can't carve a pebble.
It's much better to gain the maximum amount of muscle and a little fat than restrict your muscle gains because you're afraid of gaining a few pounds of fat. Fat is easy to take off, muscle is much harder to put on.

This is my pre contest diet up until about 4 weeks out then i cut about 200 cals mainly from carbs

I get a kick out of guys in the gym that are trying to bulk up, i had a guy ask me the other day what my post workout meal would be because he always had a baked ckicked breast and some brown rice and just was not gaining alot of mass. You should have seen his face when i told him a large pizza and a chocalate milkshake, and then i wash it down with a protein shake in whole milk with some natural peanut butter.
