Question about bunk gear

Never seen this one asked before, so here it goes.

Would a counterfit manufacturer go through the trouble of putting BA in a solution with out any of the real test or whatever? Im just asking this because if someone were to inject and feel the sting of the BA the next day, could they asssume that their gear is real, right?

It seems like it would be the thing to do if they were to counterfiet gear...Good way to throw you off..
