I have a nice big pit and a yorkie (its my girls). Everyone is scared of the pit but the nasty dog is that little Yorkie. F$cker attacks me everytime I go into the bed.

Thanks Thick..... To be honest, I am done with Pits. I have always had Pits and my last 2 have been put to sleep kinda young. This last one had cancer and I dealt with quite a bit of Chemo before he had finally had enough and I could not do it to him anymore. I put him to sleep one month short of his second birthday. He was exactly 23 fucking months old. I can't go through this again.....

wow that really sucks. May I ask what type of money you spent on the dog as a pup? Did you really check his registration and breeding? AKC registration alone doesnt mean shit. I could get a rottweiler cockerspaniel mix registered as fullblooded akc registered rottweiler if i wanted. U c my point. Man i feel terrible about u losing a dog that young.

Yeah, paperwork is a secondary issue with me. I went on meeting the parents and checking out the litter etc... He cost me 800.00 and I never even bothered sending off for the papers. I was actually going to go see the guy I got him from since his phone is disconnected.... Who knows..... I actually had a blue one that I did the whole breeder, paper and bloodline thing with and he ended up having a tumor as well...... That was years ago and he actually lived to be like 7. It just fucking kills me when I see people all the time with dogs that are like 15 and mine has cancer and gets put to sleep so young. This one really kinda fucked me up. Not to mention the 6500.00 the Chemo and hospital cost me.....
I'm just thinking that another breed may bring me better luck...... I like those Bordeaux's ever since Turner and Hooch.....

that really friggin sucks. My female rott is 10 this may i believe. she is still going strong but i know her time is very limited. Remember that smaller breeds normally live longer when you choose a breed. Rotts average about 10. 12-13 is alot. Honestly i think you just got a lot of bad friggin luck with your pits. Two times is f'n unthinkable. You spent the type of money where you shouldve got 12-14 years of enjoyment out of the dog.

If I told you the story of my last one where American Airlines let him out of his cage on the runway and he got blasted 40 feet by a plane taking off and was gone for 10 days you would shit. The whole time, those cocksuckers were saying, "We will pay replacement cost of 50.00 for your dog"...... I had that shit all over the news and took them to court over it..... All the while, I flew him home because of a rare spinal disease and he needed a vet......

SOB, you have had terrible luck. If that shit happened to me I would almost have to switch to cats. And if i did that i would have to kill myself. I would say you got hooked up with some shady motherfuckers. Same as scammers. If you are interested in rottweilers "the rottweiler quarterly" was a good publication with great breeders in it. If i was still breeding rotts I would give you a pup. My bitch has awesome markings and size and is extremely intelligent. I spayed her though so she could enjoy her last few years w/o the strain of sharp teeth sticking in her nipples

I had a great dane when I was a kid,, I think he lived about 12 years... I dont know if all danes are the same, but he was a wonderful pet,, except for when he would get all horned up and try to mount me,,,, as you could imagine, it wasnt easy for a 10 year old boy to escape from a horny 120lb great dane........... Im still receiving therapy because I still have nightmares about his big pink weiner.

Big Rob I will check with my sister. She knows a breeder of debordeaux's in CT. The guy shows them at rare breed dog shows. As soon as I can find out I will post it for you. Sorry to hear about your dogs. I had an all white akita I had to put down and he was a little over 2. Putting a dog down really does suck.
