Question About My Cycle?

This is my first aas cycle and i am going to take:

Weeks 1 - 8: Deca 250mg
Weeks 5 - 9: Sustanon 250mg

I have nolvadex and clomid. I am using the clomid for post cycle and the nolvadex during the cycle, because of the sustanon. My question is how much nolvadex should i take and exactly when should i take it?

I would wait to see how much you bloat. hen it starts hitting you, take 10mg per day and increase as needed. Give it a week to work though.

Also, do you realize this cycle will yeild very little results? 5 Weeks on sust won't do squat and at 250mg, it really won't be noticable. Deca at 250mg can be noticable, but it take a long time to kick in. Needs ATLEAST 10 weeks...8 for sust.

you're cycle, plainly put, sucks. i'm not trying nor intending to flame you, but i wanted to lay it on the line for you.

as was said before, both cmpounds for that amount of time will yield no results. however, if you double the dose of the sust and run it for 10 weeks...you'll be doing OK. add the deca in, even at that dose, for the same 10 week period, and you're on your way to a good cycle.

now, bump the deca to 400mg/wk along with the 500mg/wk of sust...deca for 10 weeks, and sust for 11...and you have a good cycle.

so it would look like this:

weeks 1-11: sust 500mg/wk, shot 250mg 2 times per week.
weeks 1-10: deca 400mg/wk, shot 200mg 2 times per week.

the reason for the one week less of deca is so that it'll clear about the same time as the sust. then go into proper PCT.

I agree however i would say sust @ least 3 times a week to take FULL advantage of all esters

thats fine too. i suggested it that way for simplicity. but if he wants to figure out 500mg/wk into 3 shots....that'll work nicely.
