Question about off cycle time.

Is there a consensus on how much time there should be between end of PCT and beginning of next cycle?

In the past I have always used "on time" as a minimum for off time.

So if I was running a 16 week cycle (with pct included) I would be off for 16 weeks min.

As I got older I would only do 1 cycle a year.

It's all down to personal preference. I have always tried to give as much time as possible between cycles, you will feel the benefit of being on a lot more.

Bump that-- if you cut say the time in half -you wouldn't get as much out of your cycle as you would if you waited for the (time on equals time
Off). But you can also do
