I am starting my fourth week using Geneza Test-C 250. I do IM every 3 days at .5ml (assuming under dosed) for TRT.
I want to get accurate blood labs done so when should i have blood drawn? Another week or more?
What time period from the last injection? I will be posting results. Can not say i am feeling any results at this point. Thanks

Check out the sticky in the lab testing thread. You can do 48hrs after last pin and I would wait till week 6 to have them done.

If you want accuracy, have a trough done. Agree with Boiler on the 6 weeks to determine where you are, hormonally speaking. But im not sure about the 48hrs after last pin ? Whats the deal on that, brother? Not suggesting its wrong, im just not familiar with it.

Well I performed a test on myself a while back. I had bloods drawn at 24, 48 & 72 hours after last pin. The reason was to see when I would get the highest test numbers. I posted it in the lab testing section. At 72 hours after last pin my test levels were at their highest. So according to my tests 72hrs after pin would be the best, but a lot of people on here still say 48hrs. And the difference between 48 and 72 wasn't to extreme. So you could still get close to your max test levels at 48. Here is a link to my bloodwork.

My suggestion was more in line with the average serum trough concentrations which IMHO provides a better understanding of not whether the gear is real or not, but rather a pharmacodynamic profile on the effectiveness on how his body metabolizes this particular brand. Regardless of which brand (pharma or not) the circadian rhythm at the beginning can and often does return a false sense of security, yet over the following two weeks or so (depending on ester chosen) this can change significantly. This is precisely why many bb'rs wait until a few weeks into the cycle (or TRT program) when the CR has settled in and a more accurate and balanced return can be achieved and avoiding the initial spikes.
