Question how to split Anavar dosing

Hi all, I'm currently TRT and want to do a little cycle of anavar in the upcoming weeks, I had a question about dosing and how to split the dose. My current TRT dose is Test C @ around 210mg per week (or 150mg e5d.

I'm planning on doing 60mg of anavar for 8 weeks. It comes in 5mg pills so I'm wondering if I should take the whole dose before my workout or split it up throughout the day.

It's my first time with this compound but since I'm a pretty big guy I decided to do 60mg instead of 50. Might even bump it up to 70 depending on advice.

Can I do for instance, 15 in the morning, 30 pre-workout, and 15 at night, (or 10-40-10 for extra intensity in the gym) therefore giving me a little boost pre-workout? Or would that not cause any noticeable difference than just taking equal doses throughout the day?

Also I have a question regarding non-training days. Is it a good idea at all to lower the dose slightly on those days to say, 40mg? Maybe even skip the anavar altogether or take a really low dose (like 20mg) on non-training days? (it would save me some money).

Some insight on these questions would be appreciated. Thanks

im going to do the same cycle, i would take 30mg in the morning and 30mg after like 9 hours, just make sure you take it after ur meal.

You're not on TRT, you are cruising. The HUGE difference there is that you don't need to be, you CHOOSE to be. That being said, this topic is debatable but it's my belief that you can extend the safe length of orals by dosing only on training days, and 2 hours before working out. The liver regenerates quickly and by taking your non-workout days off, you give your liver a break and can possibly safely run the oral for another couple weeks.

Thanks for the replies, still not sure how I'll go about the dosing, whether to dose the same amount every day or just pre-workout or low/high on non training/training days respectively.

Supposing I decide to run 70mg ED for 8 weeks, would that be relatively mild on the liver or does it become harsher above the 50mg people usually run?

Also, why should I take it with food?

Thanks in advance

The half-life of oxandrolone is long enough that there will be significant levels even the next day after dosing. So if wanting to target use to only certain days to give the liver a break, other choices can be more suitable.

If using every day I'd definitely divide the dose to at least 2x/day and preferably more.

Does taking a higher anavar dose on a training day even provide a noticeable strength increase at all or should it simply be taken in equal doses daily?

how effective do you think udca would be in terms of combating liver damage from aas usage?

It might but in medical use side effects are a serious problem.

The most serious potential liver problem with alkylated anabolic steroid use is with hepatic cholestasis anyway, which I am not sure is helped by any of the hepatoprotective schemes. The sure solution is simply to not stay on too long.

There is a European product of some name -- "Compound N" I think though at the moment I'm not sure -- which is demonstrated to do a good job in addressing elevated enzyme level issues when using alkylated anabolic steroids. This seems to be simply from B vitamins and lecithin, which surely don't have the potential side effects of the ursodiol (UDCA.)
