question on flu like symptoms

whats up boys I had a bad reaction to two shots of aas last night and all day today...prop200 and 250mgs of eq...my question is: If I still have the flu symptoms tommorrow should I still take my scheduled shot of prop? Or should I wait till I feel better...the only thing that pisses me off is that I couldnt work out today!!! whatcha think?

The only time I've ever gotten "steroid flu" is when I first used EQ. It was Ganabol (which worked great btw). It began about 2 days after the first shot. It only lasted a few days, then I never got it again.

i think you should still take your shots..just rest if you have to

BTW I feel fine today....its so crazy how your body reacts...back to the gym baby!
