question on if i should get more supplements

So right now im pushing for 3k calories, 350 protein, 250 carbs.


Protein I have no issues on getting with food. I been off on calories like 600 to 1k.

right now the supplements im taking are in the morning muscle milk, and a capsule of fish oil.

then prework out I take noxplode and animal pak.

Should i get anymore supplements?
 
Make sure to be consistant with your cals and dont skip on that 600-1000 as a few days of that will cost you a few pounds over time. Postworkout is a good time to add in some creatine. What are your stats right now? Height, weight, bf and post up your exact diet.
