Question on post-cycle diet...

I'm coming up on the end of my first cycle dbol/deca/sust. I've gained about 32lbs with this cycle and a diet consisting of about 5000 cals and 400+ grams protein/day. I'm 6'4" and 252lbs.
My question is this: If I don't want to gain any more weight, but want to keep as much as possible through and beyond the pct period, should I keep my cals this high or should I drop some off to avoid gaining more weight? I realize this isn't an exact science, but I'd like some input from others who've messed with their caloric intake post cycle and what worked for them etc.

Kinda hard to say. Every person is different. I dont know your body, your metabolism or traning experience. I would say keep up the protein, but maybe lower the carbs a bit. Watch your sugary carbs and saturated fats.
yep lower carbs and up protien...
