My wife was looking for some help on losing a few pounds. She's had good luck with the ECA stacks but was wondering about the presription kind like Phentermine, Adipex, Didrex, Bontril, Ionamin, Tenuate,Meridia, and Xenical. Has anyone tried any of these? if so what did you think? and would you recomend any?

I took Xenical about two years ago. It worked okay. Lost about 12 pounds. I had a lot to lose, though. Only bought it because it cost me $100. Haven't tried the others. Hope this helps.

i think xenical blocks absorption of fat, meridia changes your brain chemicals and you cant take it if you take SSRIs for depression, the phentermine and adipex are the same...all the others are like speed they will probably work

So would it be best to cycle them maybe take the ones that act like speed for a couple of months then switch to a fat blocker? She does take Prozac for PDD so I guess Meridia is out, but she take no other meds than that.

I've taken phentermine a couple of times before. It nukes your appetite, but also makes you a bit strung out. Makes sense as it's chemically related (but much weaker) than amphetamine.

You'll drop weight the first couple of times you use it, but your body will get used to it eventually and it will stop working.
