Hello, i'm currently in the stage of preparation to get ready for a competition that's going to happen in July. Just a quick question, in order to come in full and dry during contest, is it recommended to compete while the compounds are clearing out? (Ex: wk 1-12 test; hit the stage during wk 13 or 14), or is it better to get on stage on the last week of the cycle? I've heard people say both ways, but just wanted to hear from the members of this forum. Thank you.

I used to work at a place that sponsored a few physique competitors, and the guys who always took 1st said they would walk on stage on cycle.

Not just for the hardness and vascularity, but the confidence and energy they got
