well, youve put 60 honest pounds on your squat in about 6 months, this is not too bad. in the year or two before you started this training style, how much did your squat go up? did it go up on average 10lbs a month? if you look at what you were squatting a year before you started this, im betting that it hadnt gone up at the same rate.
if you told me more about how you are cycling the weights and volume over each month or two month period, it is possible that i could offer some usefull suggestions.
