Long time lurker,10+yrs, search usually provides the answers I need.

I was planning on starting HGH soon, have a year worth of kits arriving soon, but based on my IGF-1 results I'm not sure if it's worth it.

I'm 35 and currently only on 100mg every 7 days prescribed TRT. These results are 7 days post shot fasted did not workout for 4 days prior and no am BCAAs or coffee, just water.

I noticed the glucose and picking up a monitor after work.

Additional info:
6ft
230lbs
15-20% BF guesstimate via the mirror - Let myself go a bit when my daughter was born
1800cals 45/20/35 Carb/Protein/Fats diet for the last 2.5 months losing 1.5lb a week avg at this point.. Can't fucking wait to eat again!!
Intermittent Fasting, I eat between 12pm-7pm
Fasted AM workout with BCAAs
Sleep is hit or miss with the baby, but I usually get my normal 6-8hrs and wake up feeling rested.
I've done plenty of cycles with a variety of different compounds over the 10+yrs I've been

I am planning on blasting after my TRT checkup and bloods at the end of the month, let me know if there's anything I should add to that blood work. They are testing the standard, Total Test/CBC/Estradiol and I had them add Thyroid and vitamins B and D as I have struggled to keep these in line even before TRT.

Planned blast:12-14 weeks, really just depends on when they schedule my next blood work. I can always find an excuse to miss my appointment, and they usually can't get me back in for an extra month or two. I'll keep the EQ going longer as long as bloods are cool.

450-550mg Test (100-200 cyp and 350 prop)
350mg Mast p
200mg EQ
3iu HGH??
May add 50-200mg of NPP for the joints. It's on hand, I just haven't decided.

I plan on getting blood work regularly during, especially if I include the HGH or as I experience sides.

Opinions?

So, you're off to a good start. You have a base-line (TRT) IGF-I result. Now you have a basis for comparison. You cannot predict GH response from this base-line value. Since TRT/T increases IGF-I, it's not surprising that you have a high reading according to the range of this assay.

GH response can be determined by a serum IGF-I result taken after 6 weeks on rhGH (3 IU/d).

The only concern here is your base-line blood glucose. You might want to consider an incretin in combination with rhGH.

This is the 4th blood work I have gotten this year and the first with my glucose over 85 so I'm not real sure what's up. I'll start monitoring regularly.

I have metformin XR on hand, I'll go ahead and start it at 500mg daily and monitor.

Think that will be sufficient? I can get any of the others.

It's fine, you might bump to 2,000 mg of Met XR when you start the rhGH.
