Hey guys, I know you must get lots of newbies with lots of questions, so bear with me lol. As an introduction I am 20 yrs. old, 6'2" 190lbs. Slender/lean build, toned, in-shape, well-defined abdomen. What I would really like to do is put on 20 pounds of muscle. In particular I want to increase my pec size and biceps, both of which are not my strongest areas, I mean they are OK as I try hard to maximize them but I want them to be more prominent. I am used to hard work in the gym and know steroids et al are not magic and require a lot of hard work. So if this would be something that would help me acheive my goals, I would really be interested in you guys input. I only want moderate results, so I guess moderate steroids/hormal supplements/whatever is sufficient. I am not into bodybuilding or seriously into athletics, this is more for personal reasons. Also I do not want anything like hair loss or acne, so again moderate is fine and what I am looking for. So I guess in short, what do you guys recommend for beginners looking for moderate results. Thanks in advance for any input.
