From Centurion's website - some tidbits

Patient is freely seeking medical consultation via the Internet and acknowledges and consents to Physician reviewing Patient’s medical history without having the opportunity to conduct an in-person physical examination. Patient solicits Centurion Life and Wellness, LLC. for a specific prescription medication to treat an already-identified medical or cosmetic condition. Patient acknowledges that Physician may not be licensed to practice medicine in Patient’s state or country of residence. Further, Patient agrees that Physician’s consultations, diagnoses, and treatments will be deemed to have occurred in Florida, where physician is licensed to practice medicine.

Patient acknowledges that under Florida law, physicians are generally required to carry medical malpractice insurance or otherwise demonstrate financial responsibility to cover potential claims for medical malpractice. PHYSICIAN HAS DECIDED NOT TO CARRY MEDICAL MALPRACTICE INSURANCE. This is permitted under Florida law subject to certain conditions. Florida law imposes penalties against noninsured physicians who fail to satisfy adverse judgments arising from claims of medical malpractice. This notice is provided pursuant to Florida law.

Will hormone therapy help sexual dysfunction?

Sexual dysfunction can have many causes; however replacing hormones is the best place to start treatment. We suggest raising your testosterone to a healthy level along with growth hormone, (if cost is not a prohibitive factor), to boost your sex drive.

HGH for ED - OMG!!!

Im confused what training or certification are you referring to here?

You can't be serious?? - how many years does Dr Gonzalez have working with patients with regard to HRT? It's a very simple question. Also - Centurion HRT was incorporated effective 10/14/2010 - does he prescribe testosterone, etc. as part of his vein and laser work?? If so why isn't it listed as a service on the website of his vein and laser institue?? - he's been trained in SURGERY, PEDIATRICS and PHLEBOLOGY - I mean he's medical director of a vein and laser institute

Dr. Gonzalez oversees the treatment an average of 200 patients a week.

In addition to sclerotherapy, phlebology and venous surgery , our clinics offers advanced Cosmetic skin care, Botox, Restylane, skin rejuvenation and state of the art laser treatments. We have also introduced innovative hair restoration for men and women through our Hair Restoration Center and we are the first in South Florida to offer Lipo Dissolve in our Lipo Dissolve Centers.

Also - if her oversees the treatment of an average of 200 patients a week how will he have time to consult with the HRT patients as well??

BTW - are you YTHRASIN or some one else???

You can't be serious??

Actually im very serious, I didnt realize there was a minor in Hormone Replacement Therapy

- how many years does Dr Gonzalez have working with patients with regard to HRT?

Dr. Gonzalez has been helping patients in need of HRT since 2000.

Dr. Gonzalez is a member in good standing with the A4M, A4M is comprised of 22,000 members from 105 nations worldwide. The American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M) is a United States registered nonprofit organization that promotes the field of anti-aging medicine and trains and certifies physicians in this specialty.

BTW - are you YTHRASIN or some one else???

No.

Actually im very serious, I didnt realize there was a minor in Hormone Replacement Therapy

Did he at least get this certification - American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine Certification (ABAARM)

PART I. Written Examination

In ABAARM Part I, a three-hour multiple-choice written examination assesses proficiency in several areas of anti-aging clinical care, with a predominant focus on practical knowledge skills in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, nutritional therapies, and pharmaceuticals, as well as sound textbook knowledge of endocrinology, neurophysiology, and cancer. After completion of all requirements for Part I and receipt of signed Diplomate certificate from the Board a physician may refer to him/herself as a "Diplomate" in anti-aging medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine.

PART II. Oral Examination

In the Oral Examination portion of Part II, candidates are questioned by two oral examiners during an in-person, private exam interview. Generally, the oral exam takes typically 40 to 60 minutes and consists of one or two standardized mock cases and related clinical questions. After passing Part II and verification by ABAARM of completion of the physician's certification criteria, s/he may refer to her/himself as "Certified" in anti-aging medicine by the American Board of Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine.

NOTE: To maintain ABAARM certification, you must continue active membership in good standing in A4M. - Since he's not a member I guess he can't maintain his certification - IF HE GOT IT

Criteria for ABAARM Board Certification Completion:

PART I (Written Test):

•Membership in the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M)
•Attendance at two or more consecutive A4M- approved/sponsored conferences. Attendance at future conferences may be used toward fulfilling this requirement.
•An M.D., D.O., or M.B.B.S. degree from an accredited medical school
•An active medical license in the state, province, or nation where the applicant resides
•A minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience(residency training applicable)
•No significant disciplinary actions against the applicant, or a written appeal including full disclosure of all disciplinary actions accompanied by a full explanation of those actions accompanied by a request for a waiver of this requirement
•At least 200 hours of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits (or equivalent study) referable to the clinical practice and some aspect of preventive medicine, anti-aging medicine, nutritional medicine or diagnostic medicine during the past eight years. In nations where CME is not offered, exception to this requisite may be granted on an individual basis, as determined by case-by-case review by the ABAARM Board.
•Payment of written examination fee.
PART II (Oral Test):

•Submission of 5 multiple-choice examination questions, with correct answers supported by medical/scientific references
•Summary of six (6) patient charts to be reviewed by ABAARM board of examiners
•Passing scores on both written and oral examination sections
•Completion of the oral portion of the examination within 24 months of passing the written exam
•Payment of all mandatory board examination fees*:

If he' s been helping patients in need of HRT since 2000 why is it NOT listed on the website of his vien institute??
Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques

As medical director of all North American Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques from 1986 to 2003, Dr. Goulet maintained the philosophy of quality medical care at an affordable cost. In 2003 after Dr. Goulet's retirement, the role of president, medical director and now owner of the Guylaine Lanctot Cliniques, was given to Carlos Gonzalez, Jr., M.D., who brought the latest ground breaking technology in vein care, while maintaining the integrity of the Cliniques.

Also - if he's been helping patients with HRT since 2000 why form a new company last month devoted to HRT

Also - why is he NOT listed anywhere on centurion's website??

The centurion website says that testosterone along with hgh can boost your sex drive?? ABSOLUTE BS

Import Alert 66-71

Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is the active ingredient in a number of human prescription drugs approved for marketing in the U.S. under new drug applications (NDAs). FDA-approved HGH can be legally prescribed for a limited number of conditions including:

* hormonal deficiency that causes short stature in children;

* long-term treatment of growth failure due to lack of exogenous GH secretion;

* long-term treatment of short stature associated with Turner syndrome;

* adult short bowel syndrome;

* adult deficiency due to rare pituitary tumors or their treatment; and

* muscle-wasting disease associated with HIV/AIDS.

Section 303(e)(1) of the FDCA, 21 U.S.C. 333(e) (1), prohibits knowingly distributing, or possessing with the intent to distribute, HGH for any use in humans other than the treatment of a disease or other recognized medical condition, where such use has been authorized by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) under section 505 of the FDCA (21 U.S.C. 355) and pursuant to the order of a physician. The Secretary of HHS has not authorized, for example, any HGH use for anti-aging, bodybuilding, or athletic enhancement. Thus, distributing, or possessing with the intent to distribute, HGH for these uses or any other unapproved use violates section 303(e)(1) of the FDCA. A violation of section 303(e)(1) carries up to 5 years imprisonment and fines and, if the offense involves an individual under the age of 18 years of age, up to 10 years imprisonment and fines.

HGH products are new drugs and cannot be legally marketed in the U.S. without an approved application. The few HGH products that have been approved for sale by FDA are sold either in liquid form or as lyophilized powders that are labeled for constitution by the health care professionals who dispense them. Accordingly, FDA considers both imported HGH lyophilized powder products and liquid HGH products to be finished dosage form drugs, not APIs. Unless these products are the subject of approved new drug applications, they violate section 505 of the FDCA, 21 U.S.C. 355, and may not be legally imported into the U.S. Some HGH marketers may claim that their HGH drug products are intended for use in pharmaceutical compounding. These drugs should be evaluated on a case-by-case basis considering the factors in FDA Compliance Policy Guide, section 460.200, and the specific prohibitions set forth in section 303(e) of the FDCA, 21 U.S.C. 333(e). The use of HGH in pharmacy compounding is addressed in more detail, below.

Some HGH marketers may claim that their HGH products are dietary supplements. FDA first approved HGH as a new drug in 1940, and HGH was not marketed as a dietary supplement, or as a food, before then. Accordingly, HGH is excluded from the definition of a dietary supplement under section 201(ff) (1) of the FDCA (21 U.S.C. 321(ff)(3)(A)) because growth hormone was an article approved as a new drug under section 505 of the FDCA (21 U.S.C. 355) before its introduction as a dietary supplement.

I just posted that he is a member in good standing with A4M so i dont understand your note at all.

From the research i have done on HGH it has been shown to increase T levels.

Victor, do you have any clue yourself? what is your story? Are you even on TRT? who is your doctor and please elaborate on why everyone should choose him..................:)

I don't care anything about your research - unless you're a doctor or a resarch scientist. Whether or not hgh increases testosterone levels is irrelevant - it's only medically approved for a few conditions and it CANNOT be prescribed offlabel - that's the law

FYI - yes I'm on TRT - 20mgs of testosterone EOD and 150iu's of hcg EOD

The name of my doctor is on a need to know basis and you do not need to know

My questions to you are these - why doesn't his name appear on the centurion website?? If he's been helping patients with HRT since 2000 why is that service not listed on his other companies webite??

What is this last point relevant towards..?

What is this last point relevant towards..?

the point is this is not the first argument ive been in with victor. Victor likes to start arguments to make it sound like he knows what he is talking about but he does not. He simply copy/paste stuff that he does not fully understand.

Victor, we already went over your telemedicine laws and you were proved wrong, why are you bringing it up again?

i will get to the rest of your post shortly.

I went to the university of Illinois medical school, mt. sinai for my residency training. I am a cosmetic surgeon with 10 years experience and 3-4 years experience with hrt. I am a member of the A4M and have treated thousands of patients with hormone deficiency. I only recently renewed my membership dues with the A4M so my info may or may not be listed on their website. If anyone ever wants to speak with me let me know and I'll call them.

C. Gonzalez, Jr., M.D. Sent from my iPhone

Boy - this doctor is very busy - thousands of patients with HRT in 3-4 years PLUS an average of 200 patients at GUYLAINE LANCTOT CLINIQUES South Florida's quality choice for Varicose and Spider vein care. You say the doctor has been helping patients with HRT since 2000 - the doctor says 3-4 years - since 2006/07 - why lie about the experience

He only recently renewed his membership dues with A4M - just about the time he incorporated centurion HRT - what a coincidence

Again - how ever many years he's had "experience" with HRT - I can find no evidence anywhere that this true - maybe the good doctor would like to be join our forum and correct me.

Then why is it that when you go to the a4m website and put his name into the directory nothing comes up????? If he's a member in good standing please provide proof.

When your a member of the A4M it is your choice to list yourself on the site. Dr. G chose not to do so because he was working mainly with local patients. I have spoke to him and he will get it on the site by next week.

My questions to you are these - why doesn't his name appear on the centurion website?? If he's been helping patients with HRT since 2000 why is that service not listed on his other companies webite??

He has been practicing HRT since 2000, i do not know why its not on the site.

Im not going over the Telemedicine laws with you. This was discussed in a previous thread, that you stopped posting on because you were wrong.

Im not lying about the experience, that is what i was told, its not easy arguing with you about a third person.

you are very insistent on tarnishing our reputation, I do not know why or care for that matter. I am confident in Dr. G's credentials and experience. I will let our patients speak for our integrity.

Out of curiosity. why would anyone ever inject 20mg EOD for TRT????? can you say scar tissue..........

AH - so now it's what you were told - ask the doctor why he never listed HRT as a service on his vein clinic site - I'm really curious

I'm also curious as to why he felt the need to establish a separate HRT clinic - BTW - the centurion website states - Physicians obtained on my behalf by Centurion Life and Wellness, LLC. are independent contractors, which will be compensated by Patient with funds provided to Centurion Life and Wellness, LLC.. How many independent contratcor doctors do you use? So - I pay you - you pay them - interesting

It also states - Patient acknowledges that recombinant human growth hormone replacement therapy involves the use of a medical drug approved for one purpose for a new and different purpose in an effort to obtain a desired objective of medical treatment.

This is illegal - I will state this one more time - hgh CANNOT be prescribed for offlabel usage.

This is also VERY interesting as well - Patient is freely seeking medical consultation via the Internet and acknowledges and consents to Physician reviewing Patient’s medical history without having the opportunity to conduct an in-person physical examination.

If you use a 29 guage insulin syringe in the deltoid or thigh there will not be any scar tissue

BTW - should I call you newbie23??

WRONG trust me on this one it comes from personal experience. This is obviously something you are new to. It doesnt matter what size needle you use eventually you will have scar tissue build up. If you inject EOD for long periods of time. You can post as many studies as you want on this subject, it doesnt compare to real world experience.

No I am not newbie 23 but i do know who he is.
