Any input, comments or suggestions for quick dry meals in a bag for quick eats lunch dinner with adequate calories and proteins? Really focused on the bagged style where you portion and add hot water etc….

I eat canned tuna canned chicken. Canned green beans.
None of them need to be refrigerated so I just keep them in my car and eat them on lunch break.
Of course if it’s 100 degrees out I won’t be leaving them in my car
I don’t even put them in bags. Just bring a can opener. Squeeze the left over tuna, chicken , green bean juice out with the top of the lid and then eat them
only thing annoying about the tuna is when you go to press the lid the squeeze the juice out my fingers always smell like tuna for the rest of lunch break until I go wash themYou are very disciplined.
Seems terrible also, on the go just grab yourself one of them little battery powered blenders. Throw some scoops of protein in a bag, pick up little thing of milk , blend it and drink it…. Or make some chicken night before , make some sandwichesThanks for sharing. Seems like a simple solution.
