Any input, comments or suggestions for quick dry meals in a bag for quick eats lunch dinner with adequate calories and proteins? Really focused on the bagged style where you portion and add hot water etc….

I eat canned tuna canned chicken. Canned green beans.

None of them need to be refrigerated so I just keep them in my car and eat them on lunch break.

Of course if it’s 100 degrees out I won’t be leaving them in my car

I don’t even put them in bags. Just bring a can opener. Squeeze the left over tuna, chicken , green bean juice out with the top of the lid and then eat them

You are very disciplined.

Thanks for sharing. Seems like a simple solution.
Seems terrible also, on the go just grab yourself one of them little battery powered blenders. Throw some scoops of protein in a bag, pick up little thing of milk , blend it and drink it…. Or make some chicken night before , make some sandwiches

No lunch box, no microwave , how about a mre what are u in the military geez,

Enless ur planning on eating tuna and jerky or or peanut butter w rice cakes,

Over the years I've learned to be prepared in this department as best as I can.

I have this backpack that's a ice chest/lunch box , stays really cold all day , larger food thermos keeps food hot all day, and half gallon water jug,

mainly for my work days but I use it on outings or any time leave home for more than 3 or 4 hrs. It keeps me from stoping and buying crap.
