When deos clenbuterol have to be takin? Alot of poeple say not to take it past 4 o'clock. Do i split the dosages threw the hole entire day do take it all at once?........help

yea split it up throughout the day, but dont take it past like 4 or 5 cause you wont sleep a wink.

eleven do you work up mcg's on your days on, or do you just full dose all at first ???

im doing 2 weeks on clen, then 2 weeks off! On the off week I take xenadrine EFX.

If im not mistaken Xenadrine EFX is ephedrine free......You need somethin with ephedrine,caffeine, and asprine (ECA) for your off weeks..
