I don't ever get an upset stomache with dnp, t3 or clen. Maybe that's just me?

Best bet

Is to take it first thing in the morning with breakfast. If you are doing more than 200mg/day then take the rest with meals. No reason to do it any other way and have problems. I believe Heretic said not to take any after 4pm.
