Quick Intro

Hi everyone,

I'm almost 33, about 5'10" and 190lbs give or take a few depending on time of day. Been lifting for about 10 years, mostly just to stay in shape. Finally fully recovered from a hernia surgery from about 8 mo ago. Lost a considerable amount of size and strength from being laid up for so long. At the lightest I was down to about 145lbs. Managed to stay pretty lean through diet and light workouts (if u even want to call them that). I've ran a few PH cycles in my late 20's but not any AAS, until now. Currently on my first cycle (can get into details in correct thread). Anyway this forum has been a great resource and I hope to be able to contribute.
 
I really like the idea of harm reduction when it comes to AAS and would like to say thank you to the members of this community for doing just that. Thank you for having me.
 
Welcome brother. Keep the next couple cycles simple.

What are you running?
 
Test cyp only 500mg/wk... going to run it 12 wks and switch to test prop for the last 2-3 wks so I can start PCT sooner. Was using dbol as kickstarter but dropped it after 10 days cuz of the painful muscle pumps/cramps. Have clomid and Nova for PCT as well as adex n aromasin on hand just in case.
 
Just had midcycle bloods done the other day so waiting for results to come back, will post up once they are in
 
Have put on about 40 lbs in the beginning 5 weeks. I know there's some water and fat in that but just started to kick in the cardio so will hopefully be dropping some of it off.
