Well maybe its not quick but here is the deal

I just finished up a cycle(2 weeks ago) of 750mg test enanthate and 400mg deca---I am at 240 20%bf-- I am staying on 500mg of enanthate as a "cruise", and in a few weeks I am going to add some tren enant. for 10-12 weeks---then I am going on the dreaded pct  heavy pct---

I am trying to shed some of the fat I have but not drop too much bodyweight--

Should I add some t-3?

Havent dieted in a long time, so around how many cals do you guys think I should eat?

Should I bump up the enanthate to 750mg or just stay at 500mg weekly?

Also, should I use 250 or 500mg of tren enant.weekly?

Any suggestions from people that have used tren e--?

thanks

The tren will help greatly with the fatloss. I don't suggest the t3 because to shed some fat, you don't need it.

If you are unfamiliar with tren enath. I say 250mg. will be fine. Just clean up the diet some and you'll be happy. Alot of guys here will say go for the 750mg of enath/wk....your the best the decide that. It depends what you want to gain or lose. Remember, you are holding alot of fluid. If you gain 20lbs on that test/deca cycle, 6-7 lbs might be muscle over the 10-12wks. Lowering the dosage to 500mg and adding tren will help with the fluid and increase your strength while still building muscle. Are you dropping the deca?

Thanks for the info---

Yeah I dropped the deca 4 weeks ago and I am just on the 500mg enantha--

I will probably start with 250mg and see how it goes--- Is blood pressure an issue with tren e?

peace

As long as I have used tren, I have never heard of bp problems. I would say no because most bp problems come from the fluid retention. If you arn't having problems now, with 750 enat, then I would say you'll be fine. I think you will find it quite amazing. I can always tell when the tren kicks in. It hardens and strength goes through the roof.
