Well maybe its not quick but here is the deal
I just finished up a cycle(2 weeks ago) of 750mg test enanthate and 400mg deca---I am at 240 20%bf-- I am staying on 500mg of enanthate as a "cruise", and in a few weeks I am going to add some tren enant. for 10-12 weeks---then I am going on the dreaded pct
heavy pct---
I am trying to shed some of the fat I have but not drop too much bodyweight--
Should I add some t-3?
Havent dieted in a long time, so around how many cals do you guys think I should eat?
Should I bump up the enanthate to 750mg or just stay at 500mg weekly?
Also, should I use 250 or 500mg of tren enant.weekly?
Any suggestions from people that have used tren e--?
