I sent him an email re refund/status to both salerandrlabs@Protonmail.com & randrlabs@tutanota.com a couple hours ago, no response yet, if he does come thru I’ll let you all know, can’t say if he’ll come thru or not as I only had 2 purchases before but this is 1 of the reasons I never make large orders, current order is in the mid double digits so not a big loss.

As a natty noob here, this is a good lesson learned for me. Rnr seemed to be doing really well and out of nowhere it just turned bad and fast.
I hope everyone gets their money back. I really do. Valuable lessons learned with this one.

Edit: he hurt my feelings but still offered a refund if I was one of the guys affected by the situation

He replied to me as well. Said he is going to issue refund. But needed to meet with his shipper this weekend. Said all he needs from me is my last name and state. I sent him our whole email correspondence with my order and payment info. WTF would he need my last name and state for? Only thing I can think of is he is working with LE or is LE and is building a case.

No way. Probably because many people have the same last name. Provide the state you live in helps reference who you are.
At least the guy is responsive now. Hopefully refunds come through for you guys
