Does anyone have any info on the use of R3 IGF-1?

How much to take? How often?

I assume it's in powder form to be mixed, and administered through a Slin dart like hGH and Insulin (through the folds of the skin between the layers of fat on the stomach???).

Any info would be appreciated. Thanx ...

You'll want to take it IM rather than subQ.

Is it really that great?

Man, I feel like weird when I hear all the great stories on this stuff because nobody I know in real life is getting it. Are the sources just bunk or what? I've gotten more off an old bottle of 5mg Dbol than thousands of dollars spent on this supposed miracle. Maybe it's just me.

Not "getting it"? Results or the IGF-1?

It looks like he's saying despite all the great stories, no one he knows is getting those types of great results.

It appears to be true that some people don't respond as well as others. There are numerous reasons as to why this may be. All anyone can do is apply the best protocols possible and see what their individual results are.

Personally, I felt it made somewhat of a difference. But was it a big enough difference to justify the cost for someone like myself who's not currently competing... probably not. Would I buy any more... not unless I decide to do another contest.

Those people who can still make decent gains off AAS alone probably shouldn't bother with it.

what ive noticed about IGF is how much it has helped in my recovery time....i bust my ass in the gym, and trust me i lift heavy 90% of the time, i do my igf post work out(15-20min after) and the next day i have a massive pump, but im not sore...so for that alone i feel its worth it..but am i getting shredded, or does it make me want to eat everything in site like some claim, NO! but i have a hard time with recovery, so for me its worth it in that aspect....LP

Yes, some results

I've used a number of different sources and can say after about six months, yes, there are "some" results and my bodyfat seems to be lower despite eating more, but I did expect alot more in terms of size and strength. I just don't think it is great, but does yield some results. I have gotten alot more off much cheaper gear though.
