Race to the 4/5/6 milestone (the big 3 lifts)

Here it is boys, the official race to a 4 plate bench/5 plate squat/6 plate deadlift thread!

I know of at least a handful of guys on here that are closing in on one, if not all three of these milestones, myself included. A little friendly competition never hurt anyone so let the fun begin.

I've seen this before on other forums so I figure it could be fun to do here on meso.

You know I'm in, brother.

After the meet I'll have to figure out where my raw squat is, I'm thinking around 420-430 currently. Paused bench I'd say around 365 currently. Deadlift I'm pretty sure I'm already there, but I'll know soon anyway. Should be fun though.

Oh I'm in.

385 paused bench last night and 405 touch and go.

I've hit 495 on squat in the past byt it was UGLY. So I will say I have a super clean 455 on video. Just pulled off 405x4 no problem at all tonight.

I pulled 545 no problem a little over a month ago. Not sure where I'm at on that at the moment. I'm thinking realistically I'm about 20-30lbs off on each.

Are we talking a full comp lift or just a clean rep

I was thinking just a solid gym rep. I'm no powerlifter so powerlifting competition lifts such as a paused/following commands bench doesn't mean much to me personally, but I'm sure most of the guys following this thread will be competitive PLers so I guess it'll be a little different for everyone.

Yeah, we should establish a few ground rules. I vote a clearly parallel squat, a short pause on bench like at a meet and a clearly locked out deadlift.

Edit: Bench will be the only one that's going to be different for non-powerlifters. I could live with just a clean rep as long as it's not sloppy with a huge bounce and all that.

I may be a couple months before I get it because I gotta stay true to my program. But as soon as I try each one I'll post up here

I thought he did 385 for a trip on bench. 405 would be cake after that

Oops I think I got his lifts confused. He may have a bit to go on a couple
