Is this 4,5,6, plates, or hundred lbs? If it's plates Im there. Hundred lbs I should knock the deadlift off the list Sunday @ 605 lbs

I haven’t really committed to any training. Just decided to see where I was finally after being back regularly for a couple months. 1485 isn’t bad without a proper meet prepFuck me. What's your total then.

What's next on the milestone agenda? You could probably damn near squat 600lbs in wraps right now. I'm hoping to hit that early next year.

I think I’d be pretty close to 6 plates on squat if I were used to wraps. I need to start getting the hang of those. I really want to focus on my deadlift though. It would be nice to have an easy 1550 total at 198 next spring
